"We should like to understand why this useful instrument is treated in such a way," Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said, according to reports in Russian state media." (CNN).
Or more like: we want to see how effective our last weapons shipment to Assad is proving at putting down the street mongrels?
Oh...and as to the so called Arab League monitoring mission: every time they heard a fire cracker go off they stormed into their cars and wheel spined off for a latte.
