THE TALE OF AN OLD CRUST!

 The eastern Mediterranean Sea contains the world’s oldest oceanic crust still in place at the bottom of the sea, according to a paper published today online in Nature Geoscience by a Ben-Gurion University of the Negev researcher.

Geologists have found that most oceanic crust is less than 200 million years old but Dr. Roi Granot, a member of the Department of Geological and Environmental Sciences at BGU, says the crust in the Herodotus Basin, the deepest part of the SE Mediterranean Sea, could be as much as 340 million years old.

Granot used magnetic data to analyze the structure of the crust in the Herodotus Basin, and writes in his research paper that the rocks are characterized by magnetic stripes — the hallmark of oceanic crust formed at a mid-ocean ridge.

As magma at a mid-ocean ridge axis cools, magnetic minerals in the newly forming rocks align with the direction of Earth’s magnetic field. Changes in the magnetic field’s orientation over time are recorded in the ocean floors, creating a unique barcode that provides a time stamp for crust formation.

Granot used this principle to identify skewed patterns in the magnetic stripes and thus date the oceanic crust in the Herodotus Basin.

He suggests that the crust might be a remnant of the ancient Tethys Ocean, which existed long before the Atlantic and Indian Oceans. If correct, this implies the ocean formed much earlier than previously thought.(Israeli Press)

Citing a classified document from the Interior Ministry, the German public broadcaster ARD reported  on Tuesday that members of the German government consider Turkey’s regime a supporter of terrorist and militant groups in the Middle East.

According to the classified report, German officials appear to have acknowledged that Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan has provided weapons support for militants fighting the regime of Bashar al-Assad in Syria, something Turkish journalists - before they were dragged off to some prison - had reported in the past. 
German officials were quoted as saying,“Particularly since the year 2011, as a result of its incrementally Islamized internal and foreign policy, Turkey has become a central platform for action for Islamist groups in the Middle East,” 

German security officials also reportedly said that Erdoğan has an “ideological affinity” with the Egyptian Muslim Brotherhood - also big fav of the faker Obama - who all but cried on his New York Times when The Bros were overthrown in the 2013 coup.
 Abdel-Fattah el-Sissi then replaced as president, the Muslim Brotherhood-affiliated Morsi.  German officials also pointed out Erdoğan's ongoing support for the Palestinian terrorist organization Hamas  (and Turkey under this Islamist thug is still in NATO!)

Muslim refugees, anyone? The Gulfie Arabs won't have any of them, so why has the Merkel woman flooded the Fatherland with a million of Islam's rejected refugees? I'd check her DNA pronto.

The FBI has sent lawmakers notes on its interview with Hillary Clinton about her use of a private email server, as the State Department confirmed that it will release several thousand work-related messages that Clinton failed to turn over.

The two developments on Tuesday all but ensured that the controversy over what FBI Director James Comey called the “extremely careless” handling of classified information by Clinton and her aides while she was secretary of state will persist through the 12 weeks remaining before the election.

"Another unflattering episode is always just around the corner," said Larry Sabato, the director of the Center for Politics at the University of Virginia.

Figures released in July by Destatis, the government's statistics agency, showed that more than 2.1 million people migrated to Germany in 2015. That's more than 33,000 migrants who are supposed to be deported but are still in Germany and being cared for by Fritz the taxpayer. Many of the migrants destroyed their passports and are believed to have lied about their countries of origin to make it impossible for them to be deported. Others have gone into hiding so that immigration police cannot find them.

An investigative report by Bavarian Radio BR24 found that deradicalization programs in Germany are failing, because many Salafists do not want to become deradicalized.

And it won't be by coincidence; for the German Greens - who got a head start in cold baths, healthy living and hoodwinking the politically innocent - were founded by Werner Vorgel; a former member of the Nazi Party and SA stormtrooper. 

Vorgel was also among the first elected members of the Greens to the Bundestag in 1983. Baldur Springmann, also a former member of the SA, played an important role in the German Green party. And then there's Henning Eichberg; who in 1979 did sterling work in enrolling the bewildered and gullible to vote for the Greens in the southern German state of Baden-Wurttemberg.  Herr Eichberg had closes ties with former Nazi anti-partisan specialist Arthur Ehrhardt of the SS.

Any reasonable examination of the Greens' mission statement - when you get past their fantasy of an energy policy that would return us all to the caves - you'll find that their policies are in sync across the globe - especially when it comes to Jews and Israel in particular. The Greens have at their root, a deep detestation of Israel, are not too keen on democracy (except to get themselves elected) and are BDS supporters to the core. 

Only recently, the vice presidential candidate for the Green Party, Ajamu Baraka - when caught with his swastika under pants down - disavowed any Holocaust denying, this after contributing an article to a new book from a writer whom Baraka said, 'I did not know he was a Holocaust denier'. 

The National Enquirer is more believable than anything that tumbles forth from the gob of Ajamu Baraka. The book also includes essays by known anti-Semites and 9-11 “truthers.” If you hanker after change, then born again Nazis are the bhoys and gals for you.
