In the wake of the innocuous-sounding “Arab Spring” that has brought openly Jew-hating Islamists to power in the Middle East, Israel’s enemies everywhere smell blood. Twice last year her borders were breached by mobs seeking violent confrontation, which they achieved as the Israelis defended against the invasion. Recently a global program designed to demonize the tiny democracy, called Israeli Apartheid Week, revved up further anti-Israel sentiment. And now on March 30, an Iranian-backed protest march will attempt to storm Israel’s borders again in an effort to take Jerusalem – or at the very least to draw fire, enabling the marchers and the complicit media to denounce Israel’s “brutality” against “peaceful” protesters.

At the heart of the GMJ lies Iran, whose regime expresses, on an almost weekly basis, its desire to wipe Israel from the face of the earth. It is financially backing various groups participating in the march, and Iran’s supreme leader Ayatollah Khamenei verbally lent his imprimatur to the movement recently.

As for GMJ’s prominent American supporters, influential academic Chomsky openly detests Israel; in 2005 Rachel Neuwirth called him

a one-man cottage industry of hundreds of anti-Israel books, articles, recorded interviews and lectures… Over a thirty-five year span Chomsky has repeated every distortion and libel directed against Israel that’s ever appeared in Arab, Western, and left-wing Israeli publications, to which he adds some conspiracy theories of his own devising.

Racist professor Cornel West is a close friend not only of Obama, the most anti-Israel President in history, but also of noted anti-Semite Louis Farrakhan; West is also an avowed admirer of Rev. Wright. Medea Benjamin and her group Code Pink, who express support for every conceivable extant enemy of the United States from Cuba to North Korea to the Taliban to Hamas, blames the Middle East conflict largely on our “biased policy toward Israel”; meanwhile she praises the savage Hamas for its commitment to “mutual respect and adherence to international law.” That would be the same Hamas whose very charter promises the eradication of Israel.

Despite pledges of support to Israel and United States Jewry, the Obama White House has undertaken a concerted campaign to undermine any possible Israeli strike on Iran. Evidence for the campaign includes leaked information containing sensitive details.

Ron Ben-Yishai, writing for Ynet, puts it this way.

... in recent weeks the Administration shifted from persuasion efforts vis-à-vis decision-makers and Israel’s public opinion to a practical, targeted assassination of potential Israeli operations in Iran. This “surgical strike” is undertaken via reports in the American and British media, but the campaign’s aims are fully operational:

 To make it more difficult for Israeli decision-makers to order the IDF to carry out a strike, and what’s even graver, to erode the IDF’s capacity to launch such strike with minimal casualties.

The first and most important Administration's objective is to eliminate potential operational options available to the IDF and the State of Israel ... it is blatantly clear that reports in the past week alone have caused Israel substantive diplomatic damage, and possibly even military and operational damage. Mohammed Benalal Merah, father of Toulouse killer Mohamed Merah, has hired an Algerian lawyer to press charges against police, Agence France-Presse reported Wednesday. “Mr. Merah thinks that his son was murdered. He has asked us to file a complaint against the French security services,” lawyer Zahia Mokhtari told AFP. “We will begin the procedure once the burial is completed.” Foreign Minister Alain Juppe reportedly reacted angrily to the news. “If I were the father of such a monster, I would shut my mouth in

Obama’s Pick for World Bank Hates Capitalism!

And yes I CAN count to 10...but that's about it!

Imagine if President Obama appointed radical Noam Chomsky, who has denounced capitalism as a “murderously destructive catastrophe,” to head up a committee on economic growth. That’s less of a stretch than it may seem, considering Obama’s nominee to head the World Bank, current Dartmouth College President Jim Yong Kim. Kim’s expertise is in health policy, but what is on the public record, however, is troubling. A case in point is a collection of studies that Kim co-edited in 2000, Dying for Growth: Global Inequality and the Health of the Poor. The grim title accurately reflects the book’s radical central premise, namely that capitalism and economic growth is bad for the poor across the world. 

If economic growth hurts the poor, especially in the Third World, what helps their cause? The book answers that question with a chapter touting what it considers a true success: communist Cuba!

It is hard to see how the World Bank will help that cause if led by an open critic of economic growth like Jim Yong Kim. The bank doesn’t lack its critics, to be sure, and there is considerable debate about whether the institution is really effective. But it’s hard to see how its reputation will be redeemed by a World Bank president who seems to believe that the greatest danger to the global poor comes from the only proven strategy to improve the quality of their lives. Top American officials believe that Israel has gained access to airbases in Azerbaijan, possibly as part of its preparation for a strike on Iran’s nuclear facilities, Foreign Policy Magazine reported Thursday. According to the report, three diplomatic sources confirmed to the magazine that Baku has granted Jerusalem permission to use four abandoned, Soviet-era airfields, should the need arise.

In the event of a strike, according to the report, access to Azeri airfields would rid Israeli fighter jets from the need to refuel in midflight during a strike on Iran. Defence analyst David Isenberg told Foreign Policy, “The ability to use Azeri airfields is a significant asset to any Israel strike.” In fact, he added, “being allowed access to Azeri airfields would be crucial.” Israel and Azerbaijan’s ties have improved recently. In February the two states signed a $1.6 billion arms agreement, by which Israel will supply Azerbaijan with sophisticated drones and missile-defence systems. (bicom.org)

There should be billions of habitable, rocky planets around the faint red stars of our Milky Way galaxy, a new study suggests. Though these alien planets are difficult to detect, and only a few have been discovered so far, they should be ubiquitous, scientists say. Bryant challenged the credibility of Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton, whom he accused of “exploiting” the Trayvon Martin tragedy to “racially divide this country.” He continued, "The greatest danger to the lives of young black men are young black men. A study by the Bureau of Justice Statistics found that more than nine out of 10 black murder victims were killed by other blacks between the years 2001 and 2005. Why not be angry about the wholesale murder that goes on in the streets of Newark and Chicago? Why isn’t the Jesse and Al Show screaming about a six-year-old girl who was killed on her steps last weekend in a cross fire when two gang members in Chicago started shooting at each other? Why was there no outrage about that? Chicago has the highest murder rate in the country. Of the 511 murders committed in Chicago in 2008 (latest statistics available), 74 percent of the victims were black–and 76 percent of the perpetrators were also black. And most of them were young males."


But hey...they are your everyday black on black stuff; not a photo op to feed their big ugly egos in front of the nationwide media. What a disgusting pair of tossers!
