Hamas: Just Clear The Nazi Nest OUT!

The lives of the residents of southern Israel were interrupted over the weekend. Hundreds of thousands of Israelis were again closed up in bomb shelters and basements. Alarms and sirens interrupted the end of Purim and Shabbat celebrations.
Hamas rocket man.
Dozens upon dozens of rockets were fired from Gaza into Israel. Ashkelon, Ashdod, Beersheba and Kiryat Gat: it was a miracle that no one was killed. But a country cannot rely on miracles alone. Hamas has missiles that can reach Rishon Lezion and Tel Aviv. The decision whether to deploy their long-range missiles depends on them.
The state of Israel is at the mercy of terrorists: Hamas in the south and Hezbollah in the north. Terrorist groups can disrupt Israeli life at any given moment. Murderers are operating from within civilian areas to shield themselves, and are not accountable to any international organization, norm or law. Hamas and Hezbollah are activated by Iranian remote control, using strategic weapons in the battle against Israel. The overall campaign also includes preparation for nuclear warfare.
Within this tangle we also have Syria, with its large arsenal of chemical weapons and a dying regime likely to put it to use. (Dr H Shine). (Photos: Copyright Control).

For those, like peanut Jimmy, who may still be deluded in believing that you can have peace with Hamas/Fatah; book yourselves in for a medical asap.
Israel should just get on with clearing out - once and for all - that Islamofascist nest in Gaza! Let the world of anti-Israel, Leftie Loons and other hand wringers just go fuck themselves.
Enough's, enough already!

Rockets: Dozens Fired Into Israel!

Palestinian Death Cult Crew from Gaza targeted cities, towns, and farming regions in southern Israel with waves of rockets throughout Friday and Saturday, setting off air raid sirens and injuring eight peopleNinety two rockets - Qassams and the longer-range Grads - were fired by midday Saturday at civilian regions. Of those, the Iron Dome anti-rocket system intercepted 25 projectiles heading directly into city centers in Ashdod, Be'ersheba and Ashkelon. Sixty seven rockets exploded in Israeli territory, most of them in open fields.
The barrage came after the IAF foiled a major terror attack. (JP).

Note: Please keep abreast of the Islamofascists whatever the topic of this blog. You can check out all or any of these important web sites below: Front Page, Anti-CAIR, Jihad Watch, Act for America, Stonegate Institute, Word from Jerusalem, Wall of Truth, Baised-BBC and The Jamie Glazov Show (radio) are mainly current news and articles or discussion, while the Myths of Islam is just that. Tell the Children is a fantastic reference site full of historical documentation. The latter shows (among other things), the links between the Nazis and Radical Islam; these connections carry through to the Jihadist movements of today.

The Eric Holder Story: "How I Just Should Have Been A House Husband."

The Muslims' poodle aka Attorney General Eric Holder would rather please the fuckers of CAIR et al who are the creatures who are threatening the fabric of US society. Eric the Idiot continued his threats of a federal investigation of the New York City Police Department’s Counter-Terrorism Unit yesterday at a Senate Appropriations Committee hearing. If you're not incredulous about this Obama apologist on the Hill you're as deluded as a OWS rag-tag.

Q: Is your name Eric Holder?
A: Jez...when will you stop with your
interrogations?
Be it on record: I'm taking the Fifth.
Asked to comment on the brouhaha about NYPD personnel performing surveillance on Muslims in the Greater New York region, (because it's to the Muslim community that the bombing bastardos belong  Eric). Holder the Hopeless repeated his previous pledge that the Justice Department is reviewing these activities, clearly with an eye toward hamstringing the department’s work.

Now Eric...here's a few clues as to why keeping an eye on Islam and not the NYPD is what you should be doing: In 2007 Islam and Judaism's holiest holidays overlapped for 10 days.
Muslims racked up 397 dead bodies in 94 terror attacks across 10
countries during this time... while Jewish folks
worked on their 159th Nobel Prize.

Just A Few Of Hapless Holder's Achievements To Date:
In May 2009, Holder's so called Department of Justice ended a civil suit originally brought by the Bush administration against the New Black Panther Party, its chairman, and two of its members for voter intimidation due to their conduct during the 2008 election.
While the Department of Justice has contended that the charges were dropped due to lack of evidence, several of its current and former members have stated that Holder's Department of Justice is unwilling to prosecute minorities for civil rights violations. This accusation has been made most notably by J. Christian Adams, who in May 2010 resigned his post at the Department of Justice out of protest and by his former supervisor Christopher Coates.
Holder has faced additional controversy for the Obama Administration's decision that his Department of Justice would no longer enforce certain provisions of the Defense of Marriage Act, which Representative Frank Wolf has described as a "decision to abandon your duty to defend this law."

Then there's that Fast And Furious...
In October 2011, documents were released that indicated Holder was sent memos in regards to Operation Fast and Furious in 2010, contradicting Holder's sworn testimony before the House Judiciary Committee in which he said he was unaware of Operation Fast and Furious until April 2011.
In response, Lamar Smith, the chairman of the Judiciary Committee, sent a letter to President Obama, requesting the appointment of an independent special counsel to investigate whether Holder committed perjury by lying to the committee while under oath.

SO...he's either an incompetent *eejit or liar. I'd wager he's both. Yet another good reason to vote the Obama Administration into history.
*Irish for idiot.

Coffee Fascists or Just Yer Usual Corp Tw**z?

Oh, How They'll Grind Yer Granules!

Starfucks...er...Starbuck's Corp Logo.
Starbucks has been a target of parodies and imitations of its logo, and has used legal action against those it perceives to be infringing on its intellectual property. In 2000, San Francisco cartoonist Kieron Dwyer was sued by Starbucks for copyright and trademark infringement after creating a parody of its siren logo and putting it on the cover of one of his comics; later placing it on coffee mugs, t-shirts, and stickers that he sold on his website and at comic book conventions. Dwyer felt that since his work was a parody it was protected by his right to free speech under U.S. law. The case was eventually settled out of court, as Dwyer claimed he did not have the financial ability to endure a trial case with Starbucks. The judge agreed that Dwyer's work was a parody and thus enjoyed constitutional protection; however, he was forbidden from financially "profiting" from using a "confusingly similar" image of the Starbucks siren logo. Dwyer is currently allowed to display the image as an expression of free speech, but he can no longer sell it.[80] In a similar case, a New York store selling stickers and T-shirts using the Starbucks logo with the words "f—k off" was sued by the company in 1999.[81][82] An anti-Starbucks website, starbuckscoffee.co.uk, which encouraged people to deface the Starbucks logo[83] was transferred to Starbucks in 2005,[84][85] but has since resurfaced at www.starbuckscoffee.org.uk. Christian bookstores and websites in the US are selling a T-shirt featuring a logo with the mermaid replaced by Jesus and the words "Sacrificed for me" around the edge.[86]
Other successful cases filed by Starbucks include the case won in 2006 against the chain Xingbake in Shanghai, China for trademark infringement, because the chain used a green-and-white logo with a name that sounded phonetically similar to the Chinese for Starbucks.[87] Starbucks did not open any stores after first registering its trademark in Russia in 1997 and in 2002 a Russian lawyer successfully filed a request to cancel the trademark. He then registered the name with a Moscow company and asked for $600,000 to sell the trademark to Starbucks, but was ruled against in November 2005.[15] Sam Buck, who owns a coffee store in Oregon, was prohibited from using her name on the shop front in 2006.[88]
In 2003, Starbucks sent a cease-and-desist letter to "HaidaBucks Coffee House" in Masset, British Columbia, Canada. The store was owned by a group of young Haida men, commonly referred to as "bucks." After facing criticism, Starbucks dropped its demand after HaidaBucks dropped "coffee house" from its name.[89]

commercial considerations:
or was it that you mustn't upset the rag-heads...?
.
Other cases have gone against the company. In 2005 Starbucks lost a trademark infringement case against a smaller coffee vendor in South Korea that operates coffee stations under the name Starpreya. The company, Elpreya, says Starpreya is named after the Norse goddess, Freja, with the letters of that name changed to ease pronunciation by Koreans. The court rejected Starbucks' claim that the logo of Starpreya is too similar to their own logo.[90] A bar owner in Galveston, Texas, USA won the right to sell "Star Bock Beer" after a lawsuit by Starbucks in 2003 after he registered the name, but the 2005 federal court ruling also stated that the sale of the beer must be restricted to Galveston, a ruling upheld by the Supreme Court in 2007.[91]
Ongoing cases include a dispute over the copyright application for Seattle’s Rat City Rollergirls logo in 2008[92] The company claimed the roller derby league’s logo by a Washington artist[93] was too similar to its own. Starbucks requested an extension to further examine the issue and possibly issue a complaint, which was granted by the Trademark Office. The July 16, 2008 deadline passed without action by the corporation.[94] Starbucks launched action against an Indian cosmetics business run by Shahnaz Husain, after she applied to register the name Starstruck for use with coffee and related products. She said her aim was to open a chain of stores selling coffee and chocolate-based cosmetics.[88]
Others have used the Starbucks logo unaltered and without permission, such as a café in Pakistan that used the logo in 2003 in its advertisements[95] and a cafe in Cambodia in 2009, the owner saying that "whatever we have done we have done within the law".[96] (Source: Wikipedia).
