Our 200million Year Journey Around The Galaxy...

Global Warming? The problem is that there are just too many
factors in the equation. Al Gore and his chums make it all
 sound a done deal...politics ahead of science...
conveniently leaving out the bits that they
don't like and the areas that they know
bugger all about!

FOR billions of years, Earth has been on a perilous journey through space. As our planet whirls around the sun, the whole solar system undertakes a far grander voyage, circling our island universe every 200 million years. Weaving our way through the disc of the Milky Way, we have drifted through brilliant spiral arms, braved the Stygian darkness of dense nebulae, and witnessed the spectacular death of giant stars.Many of these marvels may well have been deadly, raining lethal radiation onto Earth's surface or hurling huge missiles into our path. Some may have wiped out swathes of life, smashed up continents or turned the planet to ice. Others may have been more benign, perhaps even sowing the seeds of life.(New Scientist). 

It would be something if the Global Warming folk could just for once leave their simpleton equation: Earth+ Humans= global warming; and try and get past their sloganeering and understand that it's very complex; and we really just don't know what's causing the earth to warm. Oh...and we're not even back to the temps when the Vikings stopped what Vikings are famous for and made like farmers in Greenland!

In the last 2 million years we have had ice sheets down to our privates then in only 30 years it's 15F warmer...and when all this was going on, there was about 10 of us in Africa.

You see, all the "research dough" is in Al Gore's fav subject; even though any geologist will smirk and quite rightly inform you that we are still in an Ice Age!  Although we are overdue a really big ice sheet advance by over 3,000 years, just try getting a wad of the green backs to research the human, political and environmental global consequences of that baby!

Did Nicolas Sarkozy Snub David Cameron?

"At a second gathering of European Union leaders today, Nicolas Sarkozy can be seen walking towards David Cameron with his hand out. The Prime Minister raises his hand as if in greeting but as the French President walks on by, pats him on the shoulder. (Telegraph, UK).
Who cares? Right... so that's out of the way.

We are gathered here today in memory of a semi
distant cousin, Eddie Euro... 

They congratulated themselves at making a nice neat bed while the house is burning down. European leaders met yet again; patted each others back or botty and  failed to convince the money markets that water was coming out of the fire hoses. Without full fiscal union this stitched together bed spread will unravel in six months. Then what? As anyone will know who's ever walked past a shelf of books with titles like: European Wars: Lots of Them; when it all goes bye-byes, it's either Jerry or Frenchie who start that invading thingy. Not since the end of WW2 in 1945 has there been a major war (the usual ethnic cleansing, yes) but not the full Monty; and this is the longest  period of peace between them all in about 1000 years. So if the Europeans revert to type, things could get bad very quickly indeed. What would stop this economic implosion followed by nationalistic explosion? Well...both the Russians and Americans could threaten to nuke the lot of them if they get up to their old ways. Not really a goer with the Brits and Frenchie having a few of their own...so...I guess they will really have to all become adults? Could be worth a bet for some folks...?

Selling Out America! The Design Of Deception...

The Chicago Mercantile Exchange (CME), the world’s largest trading exchange, just announced that it will begin accepting margin deposits in China’s currency!

China's currency rising. 

If these aren’t signs of the rapid emergence of China’s currency onto the international stage, I don’t know what are. Thing is, you’re bound to see and hear a lot more about China’s currency in the weeks ahead.

You see, China’s currency is becoming more and more of an international player in its own right, simply because of the strength of China’s economy.

Meanwhile here in the United States, nearly every central banker and politician you can name, including President Obama, is virtually working overtime to make China’s currency even stronger!

Why? Because the simple truth of the matter is that our leaders in Washington want the value of China’s currency to go UP — and the value of the U.S. dollar to go DOWN — because that’s how our leaders think they can pay off the mountain of debts they’ve created, with cheaper dollars!

Obama: Just A Case of Workplace Violence!

During a joint session House and Senate Homeland Security Committees on Wednesday, Maine Republican Senator Susan Collins blasted a letter by the Department of Defense labeling the Fort Hood Massacres carried out by Major Nidal Hasan, a former Army psychiatrist, who was station at Fort Hood at the time as a case of workplace violence.

Major Hasan currently stands accused of carrying out the massacre that killed 13 people (12 of his fellow soldiers, 1 civilian and one unborn child) as well as wounded 29 others on November 5th 2009
Senator Joe Lieberman (I-Conn), who is chairman of the Senate Homeland Security Committee, states that. “The U.S. Military has become a direct target of violent Islamist extremists based here in the United States.”"

The Defence Department, under instruction from the Obama Administration called this massacre a "workplace violence." This is on par with Goebbels' Ministry of Public Enlightenment calling  Kristallnacht  a shop window make-over.
Hasan (who was known to have issues) shouted out the Islamist war cry: Allahu Akbar! as he gunned those people down.

Corzine: I Gave It All To The Re-Elect Obama Campaign!
