US Group Launches ‘African Voices for Israel’

American Voices in Israel, promoted by major U.S. Jewish groups, has launched Africa’s Voices in Israel to widen support for the Jewish State.

The Conference of Presidents of Major Jewish Organizations helped established American Voices for Israel to bring U.S.-based radio talk show hosts to see Israel and broadcast their programs live from Jerusalem.

They have toured the country and have met with political, cultural, finance and scientific leaders to help them disseminate a fairer picture of Israel than what is generally published in mainstream media.

The African Voices for Israel will invite Christian pastors as well as African-American and Hispanic community leaders, said AVI Chairman, George Rohr.

He said that African personalities will be given “an opportunity to explore Israel's business, cultural, historical and religious landscapes with a goal towards increasing mutually beneficial programs between the Jewish State and emerging African nations.”

The inaugural Africa's Voices in Israel mission, featuring a delegation of Bank Governors from Kenya, Uganda, South Sudan, Zambia, Ghana and Swaziland arrived in Israel on Sunday.

During their five-day visit, the African Bank Governors will meet with Bank of Israel Governor Stanley Fischer, Minister of Finance, Yuval Steinitz and other Israeli business and banking leaders.

Another Gaza Flotilla, Anyone?

Bülent Yildirim, a key figure behind the 2010 Gaza flotilla, is under investigation for funding terror group Al Qaida. Bülent Yildirim is the president of the IHH, a Turkish charity that was one of the main planners of the Gaza flotilla. The IHH is widely considered a terrorist organization by a number of bodies - including the Israeli government - and has been accused of maintaining ties with a number of terror organizations such as Al Qaida.

The Israeli Intelligence and Information Center, knows that the IHH is affiliated with Hamas and the Union of the Good, an Islamic umbrella affiliated with the Muslim Brotherhood.
In 2006, a report issued by the Danish Institute for International Studies stated that during the 1990s the IHH maintained links with al-Qaida and a number of "global jihad networks." The report also said it's Intel showed that the IHH had bought automatic weapons from Islamist terrorists.
The then Turkish government launched a raid on the organization’s Istanbul offices, where they found weapons, explosives, and instructions for bomb-making. The report added that an examination of documents found at the IHH office indicated that the group was planning to take part in terrorist activities in Afghanistan, Chechnya, and Bosnia. A French intelligence report found that in the mid-1990s Yildirim recruited soldiers for jihad activities in a number of Muslim countries and that the IHH transferred money, firearms, and explosives to jihadists in said countries. Dion Francis DiMucci (left) was born July 18, 1939 to an Italian-American family in the Bronx, New York City. As a child he used to accompany his father who was a vaudeville entertainer, on tour. It was during this time that Dion developed a love of country music – particularly Hank Williams – as well as a fondness for the blues and doo-wop stars he heard in local bars and on the radio. In the early 1970s with more mature, contemplative material such as "Abraham, Martin & John" he has continued making music to the present day; earning reappraisals and praise from critics who earlier dismissed him as a teen idol. In 1989, Dion had agreed to do a concert of his old hits at Radio City in New York. There he shared the stage with fans such as Bruce Springsteen, Paul Simon and Lou Reed, all of whom cited Dion as one of their prime influences. Dion was elected to the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in 1989, the induction speech being given by Lou Reed. In that same year, he returned to rock music with the contemporary album Yo Frankie, which included guest appearances by Paul Simon, Lou Reed, k.d. lang, Patty Smith and Bryan Adams. His career moved from crescendo to crescendo as he invented the fundamentals of the modern computer, played a key role in winning the 1941 Battle of the Atlantic, invented the first systematic method for cracking high-level 'Tunny' messages between Hitler and his front line generals, designed what was at the time, the fastest and first electronic computer on earth, and pioneered the new fields of Artificial Intelligence and Artificial Life. Alan Turin, Albert Einstein and perhaps five other people in the 20th century are entitled to the accolade of genius...the rest were just clever chaps and chapesses.

The odious invention of a “Palestinian Jesus” is central to the multifaceted Arab campaign, supported by the radical left, that includes boycott and terrorism and diplomatic attempts to isolate Israel internationally. According to this Palestinian propaganda, Jesus was not born a Jew but a Christian, and *Bethlehem was not a Jewish town in Judea, but a Muslim-Arab one.

Palestinians have already been efficient in turning the global arena against the Jews. In 2010, UNESCO already decided that Rachel’s Tomb and Hevron’s Jewish tombs are officially “Muslim mosques.” To understand why the Palestinians feel they have a winning strategy about the Jewish holy sites, one has to look at the members of the “International Committee for the preservation and the promotion of the Old City of Hevron.” You will find Boutros Boutros-Ghali, former Secretary-General of the United Nations and Federico Mayor, former Director of UNESCO. In recent years, UNESCO also increased its collaboration with ISECO, the cultural body of the Organization of the Islamic Conference which is supporting the Palestinian efforts.

To understand the importance of the Palestinian campaign one must remember that there has been another manipulation of Jesus: the “Aryan Jesus” of Adolf Hitler. The Nazis recasted Jesus as an Aryan fighting against the Jews. According to the Hitler’s theologians, Jesus was not a Jew, but a Galilean opponent of Judaism. The Christian Bible was stripped of all “Jewish influence.” As the Aryan Jesus was the legitimization of the Nazi Holocaust, the Arabized and Islamicized Jesus under the Palestinian warfare is a tool in the Jihad against the State of Israel and its Jews.

The USA's Secret X-37B...But What's It For?

After more than a year in orbit, the US Air Force’s clandestine mini-space shuttle will likely land at Vandenberg Air Force Base in California sometime this week. It has been in orbit since March 5, 2011, but like the first X-37B mission that flew in 2010 and spent 224 days in space, the Air Force has not issued any information of what the craft is doing or where it is orbiting. The craft looks like a miniature space shuttle, and is 8.8 meters (29 feet) long with a wing span of 4.2 meters (14 feet). It can weigh up to about 5,000 kg (11,000 pounds) fueled for launch. The reported in-space design life is 270 days, but sources say that good performance on this mission enabled ground controllers to keep it aloft significantly longer. (Universe Today)
