Palestinian prisoners launch hunger strike!
A group of 1600 Palestinian prisoners are expected to go on hunger strike today to mark Palestinian Prisoners’ day. Most of the 4600 Palestinian prisoners in Israeli prisons have been charged and convicted of offences, but around 300 are held under administrative detention orders. According to the prisoners’ committee that is leading the strike, the hunger strikers will accept saline solution and some vitamins and glucose to sustain themselves. The committee includes members from Fatah, Hamas, the Islamic Jihad, the PFLP and the DFLP. (Bicom.org)

Jordan to revoke citizenship of Palestinians and PLO officials!

In recent years the Jordanians have stripped thousands of Palestinians of their Jordanian citizenship in an apparent response to calls to establish a Palestinian state in Jordan. Nearly half the kingdom’s 6 million people are Palestinian.
The sources said the decision would also affect the leaders of the PA, who would be granted temporary Jordanian passports to facilitate their travel.

Lt. Col. Shalom Eisner, the IDF officer videotaped striking a Danish anarchist with his gun, told a confidante Sunday that the leftist struck him first, causing fractures in his hand. Arik Ben Shimon, who served under Eisner in the past, spoke to him after the incident and heard his version of what happened.
The Deputy Brigade Commander said that the moment taped and published in the internet was preceded by verbal and physical violence that the leftists perpetrated against him and his soldiers.
"You have to understand that this was a confrontation that lasted over two hours and not an event that lasted a few minutes," Ben Shimon told Arutz Sheva. "This was the last line of defense before an area that was declared a 'closed military zone' and the video is obviously edited in a biased way, leaving out the part where that anarchist from Denmark hit Eisner with a stick on his right hand and caused fractures of his hand." Muslims Running Out Of Churches To Destroy!

According to an Arab Prof of Islamic Studies, around 30,000
Christian churches have been destroyed since Islam went on it's
Grand Tour...from the 7th century til present times.

Church members are described as “living in a state of terror,” so much so that the Russian ambassador in Tunis specifically requested the nation’s Ministry of Interior to “protect this church.” The abuse has gotten to the point where Islamists cover the cross of churches with garbage bags!

Now..given an example of the above and that a few months ago, the Grand Mufti in Saudi Arabia issued a statement saying that all churches have to be destroyed, here's a strange postion from mainline Protestant churches:
During the upcoming General Conference of the United Methodist Church (UMC) scheduled for April 25-May 4, 2012 in Tampa, FL, and the 220th General Assembly of the Presbyterian Church USA (PCUSA), June 30-July 7, 2012 in Pittsburgh, PA, anti-Israel actions in the form of petitions and overtures calling for some form of boycott, divestment or sanctions against the Jewish State.  Influential elements within the mainline Protestant churches in the U.S. and specifically the UMC and PCUSA, have, within the past few years, initiated divestment campaigns against the Jewish State.

These “protectors” of human rights have ignored the endemic efforts by the Arabs/Palestinians to destroy the Jewish State through war and terrorism; and they have ignored the pervasive teaching of hatred of Jews in Palestinian schools, mosques, and through the Palestinian media.

Overlooking the facts that Gaza is governed by the Islamist terrorist regime of Hamas, which has attacked Israeli civilians with thousands of rockets, (18,600 in ten years) and which has vowed never to recognize the Jewish State.  The Protestant churches spearheading the anti-Israel position ignore the facts that it is the obligation of the Israeli government to defend its civilian population under attack from Gaza’s Hamas terrorists.   Moreover, most Arabs living in Eastern Jerusalem and Israel are the envy of the Arabs elsewhere in the Middle East because of the freedom, democracy, access to health services, and higher standard of living they have achieved under Israeli administration...and...Israel is the only country in the Middle East where all religions are free to practice their faith!
For the Israel Palestine Mission Network (IPMN) of the PCUSA, however, historical facts and truth do not matter. The IPMN continues to push the anti-Israel Palestine document, and seek punitive measures against Israel, thus exposing their anti-Jewish bias. (frontpagemag)

Some 5,901,000 of the population (75.3%) are Jewish; 1,610,000 (20.5%) are Arabs - both Muslim and Christian.
