Like this, Georgie Porgy?

Jimmy Carter: He's Not Been Taking His Meds...Again!

When it comes to the Middle East, the former president never ceases to make you wonder how he ever ran a pea nut farm. In an interview published in Time, he was asked:
"What do you think it means that Iran seems to have its first nuclear fuel rod?" His complete answer?

"Well, of course, the religious leaders of Iran have sworn on their word of honor that they're not going to manufacture nuclear weapons. If they are lying, then I don't see that as a major catastrophe because they'll only have one or two military weapons.
A regime that has been found to lie about everything else -- its leaders claimed there were no nuclear enrichment facilities, that there were no homosexuals in the country, that its women were the freest in the world, that the Holocaust never took place, and that its 2009 elections were transparent -- is actually given the benefit of the doubt by the former president!

But...is Obama just as clueless? We'd better all hope that his present master plan of cosy-up and dating every Islamist jerk-off from around the globe, is just all a big pretend; a mere prelude before cutting off every last dime to Egypt and landing the sucker punch on Iranian silos.

Islamic Financing's Sleight Of Hand!

Islamic financing has the smell of snake oil wafting from it. In Islam it states that you can't charge interest. The out come from the this so called "interest-free loan" malarkey? The University Bank is not exactly forth coming in their blurb below; but not calling it interest still doesn't change the fact that Muhammad will be paying the same as he would in a conventional loan ...but in Islamic banking, the charge is there but under another name.
Here's a fact from Fatima. "Islamic Banks do offer interest free loans but as a profit making organisation, they need to make money. So, instead of charging interest for the loan given, they charge management fees. So don't think that you are getting a better deal; it's about the same just under a different name. I know this because I was the research assistant for a doctorate thesis on Islamic Banking in Malaysia."

Muhammad's interest-free home loan? I don't think so!
EG: take a $100,000 house at 6% interest over 30 years. In total it would amount to around $215,000 wither with a conventional mortgage including interest or the Islamic Bank's "management fees"...in both cases, the amount being divided into 360 monthly payments. But...and here comes the sting... it will cost Muhammad much more by going the Islamic bank financial route. Why so? Because it is set out as an "interest-free loan" from the University Bank (or any Islamic bank), Muhammad therefore will not qualify for any *IRS interest deductions!  And tax relief on that $115,000 in interest paid would work out to a considerable amount of money

So...not only would he be paying much the same on his 30 year loan as Ian the Infidel...but for the next 30 years, courtesy of Islamic Banking, each passing year Muhammad will be getting his very sensitive members struck with a very stiff stick from not being able to claim the interest back from the IRS!
*(If Muhammad lived in the UK, Inland Revenue Tax relief is on a proportion of the interest paid...he wouldn't get mortgage interest relief fully refunded).

University Bank Home Financing: A community bank like University Bank will offer interest-free home financing because it is good business. Banks serving communities with a large number of Muslims are increasingly seeking to offer products like our interest-free home financing programs. Moreover, the mortgage refinance boom has ended, and new home buyers are the focus.

Islam Is The Problem...

TORONTO—A Canadian court found two Afghan immigrant parents and their eldest son guilty of murdering four female family members in a so-called honor killing Sunday, the climax of a case that's transfixed Canada and sparked a wider debate about clashing cultures amid the country's large immigrant population.
Caught on wire-tap, but still in denial.
Mohammad Shafia, his wife, Tooba Mohammad Yahya, and eldest son, Hamed, were found guilty of killing Mr. Shafia's three teenage daughters and Mr. Shafia's first wife in an elaborately staged, though ultimately bungled, car accident in June 2009. The defense argued the four died after a late-night joy ride.(onlinewsj.com)

Honor. A desecration of the very word. If Muslims who choose to live in a western society can't accept the norms and values of their chosen adopted country, then they should return from whence they came...or better still,  just don't come in the first place. And if they are born in the adopted country and place their Islamic law above the law of the land they reside in, then they have a very big problem. Indeed, is Islam at all compatible with a Western way of life, flawed though we may be? I think not...

Iran: Is A Super-EMP The Answer To Stop It's Nuke Adventures?

Non-nuclear electromagnetic pulse (NNEMP) is an electromagnetic pulse generated without use of nuclear weapons. There are a number of devices that can achieve this objective, ranging from a large low-inductance capacitor bank discharged into a single-loop antenna or a microwave generator to an explosively pumped flux compression generator.
NNEMP generators can be carried as a payload of bombs, cruise missiles and drones, allowing construction of electromagnetic bombs with diminished mechanical, thermal and ionizing radiation effects and without the political consequences of deploying nuclear weapons.

Super-EMP weapons can destroy even the best protected military and civilian electronic systems.

Two State Solution? Not Ever With Neighbors Like These!

King David ruled Israel from 990 BC to 968 BC; and his son Solomon ruled after him until 928 BC. David enlarged his kingdom and brought it to the peak of political and military power. Solomon "ruled over all the kingdoms west of the Euphrates River from Tiphsah to Gaza; he was at peace with all his neighbors" (I Kings, 4:24).(Note: As the Arabs weren't in any of these lands until around the 7th century AD...hence Solomon had "peace with his neighbors!"

Well...as there's fat chance of the any peace ever with  Islams nihilist mentality...just scrap once and for all this two state solution nonsense and go forth BIG once more!
For the truth is, that the Israeli/Arab conflict has never really been about territory; for if that had been the case, that issue  could have been sorted years ago!

But...the Arabs haven't enough space to store their Jihad
weapons as it is!

Israeli Innovation 5

In a breakthrough development, the Israeli company Vaxil BioTherapeutics has formulated a therapeutic cancer vaccine, now in clinical trials at Hadassah University Medical Center in Jerusalem. If all goes well, the vaccine could be available about six years down the road, to administer on a regular basis not only to help treat cancer but in order to keep the disease from recurring.
While the Muslim world is focused on the best way to destroy the Jewish state, the Jewish state is focused on the best way to save mankind.

The vaccine is being tested against a type of blood cancer called multiple myeloma. If the substance works as hoped — and it looks like all arrows are pointing that way — its platform technology VaxHit could be applied to 90 percent of all known cancers, including prostate and breast cancer, solid and non-solid tumors.

“In cancer, the body knows something is not quite right but the immune system doesn’t know how to protect itself against the tumor like it does against an infection or virus. This is because cancer cells are the body’s own cells gone wrong,” says Julian Levy, the company’s CFO. “Coupled with that, a cancer patient has a depressed immune system, caused both by the illness and by the treatment.” (unitedwithisreal/barenakedislam: Video: Copyright Control).
