Kim Jong Un: Just Like The Bloke In The Next Desk!

Just keep on the clap till I
tell you all to stop!
"He was a normal guy like me," interested in sports, movies and computers, Micaelo said last year. "He was competitive at sports. He didn't like to lose. Micaelo said his classmate played basketball and had basketball games on his PlayStation. "The whole world for him was just basketball all the time," Micaelo said.
Micaelo said he shared a desk with the North Korean. One day, Micaelo said, the young man who went by the name Pak Un told his friend, "I am the son of the leader of North Korea." (CNN)
Ah...the new kid to lead OWS soon to be re-branded the Workers' Paradise Nation. Nice to hear he doesn't like to lose... so South K better be up for a bit of arm wrestling then. But...perhaps the way forward when PlayStation fast-as-fuck-on-the-buttons Pak Un takes over, is a best of three. Winner takes the whole island and Uni-Korea saves a load of dough on razor wire, mines and bad mouthin' Tanoys.

Atheists: Not Exactly Fun Folk!

An atheist group that is raising objections to Christmas banners and Nativity scenes across the United States is now targeting a sign in New Jersey. Pitman Borough in Gloucester County carries a banner that reads, “Keep Christ in Christmas.” The Wisconsin-based Freedom From Religion Foundation says it violates the establishment clause of the Constitution.“In our mind, this was either a violation of the establishment clause of the Constitution, or a sign that needed a permit – and that without a permit, they were showing favoritism to an organization,” Star-Ledger quoted FFRF’s constitutional consultant Andrew Seidel as saying...blah,blah,blah.
Whatever your belief, or none at all like the atheists, that's OK by me. But...why are they such a sado bunch of nit picking party-pooping tossers? If they are so sure of their "there is no god" etc, why do they not get on with their smug know-it-all-lives and let others do the same?
Ego. They must have a friggin' biggy. Even Mr Einstein was not going to rule out an Intelligence in the universe. But leaving that aside, aren't atheists more than a little arrogant pronouncing with 100% certainty that their washing powder is the real deal?
Just a little perspective with a couple of examples won't go amiss.
Hubble Photo of Abell 1689. A large galaxy cluster
2 million light years wide.
1. Using the scale of Earth being the size of our own Milky Way galaxy: Place a CD on the ground. The center of the disc would be our star, the Sun. The edge of the CD would be Pluto. Our home galaxy is approximately 100,000 light years across. And we are only one galaxy in billions which stretch out for about 13.7 billion light years...and that's just what our instruments can detect as they all travel from us up to the speed of light...
Quantum Physics.
It's well known to physicists that quantum systems are fragile. When a photon interacts with its environment, even just a tiny bit, the superposition is destroyed. Superposition is a fundamental principle of quantum physics that says that systems can exist in all their possible states simultaneously! (Stop: and just have a few quiet moments considering the implications of this). But when measured, only the result of one of the states is given (this is when you and I call this particular state "reality.")
This effect is known as decoherence, and it has been studied intensively over the last few decades. The idea of decoherence was raised by Erwin Schrödinger, one of the founding fathers of quantum physics, in his famous cat paradox: a cat in a box can be both dead and alive at the same time... (Buy a good quantum physics book for the lay person).
So you see Mr & Mrs Atheist; you are just a tad premature in your pronouncements of absolute on anything. Indeed...you're so far removed from being the dog's bollocks on what can and can't be, that a bit more awe and a lot less atheist absolute wouldn't go amiss.

But one thing can be stated for sure; whether we live in this one and only universe or the Multi-vers: or whither forever, with each and every passing second another Big Bang is conceived form eternity; we human fireflies on our atom-sized world don't really know squit about the whys and wherefores of consciousness or existence; our indeed much about anything for that matter.

Israeli Innovation 1

New Transportable Desalination System To Produce Drinking Water  A new cheaper method for producing drinking water from sea water has been unveiled in Israel. IDE Technologies’ transportable desalination system uses traditional reverse osmosis technology but without the need for chemicals.

The unit, the first of its kind, is housed in a standard, 12-meter-long skid-mounted container and can produce between 500 to 10,000 cubic meters of water per day, depending on the water type, the company said.
That would be enough for a hotel or small village in remote areas or disaster sites that lost water supplies, said Fredi Lokiec, IDE‘s executive vice president for special projects.

Christians? Some Can't Tell The Difference Between Hamas And A Hamburger!

So called Christians? THIS is a hamburger!
This slow yet deliberate and systematic ethnic cleansing and the geo-cide of Palestinians and Palestine as well as the strangling of the Palestinian economy. The brutality in the “violence of silence” internationally provides an almost impenetrable shield for the Israeli government to implement its evil designs in blatant disregard for human rights and international law. Silence is an opinion. Inaction is an action. We witness decidedly spineless cowardice in failure to resist the Israeli government by the majority of governments, political parties, media outlets, businesses, most of organized religion -- including Christianity -- and the silence of prophets worldwide. This makes us accomplices in crimes against humanity, such as the crimes of apartheid and persecution as described in international law....

 Palestinian Death Cult Crew: Hamas

• "Reject any argument aimed at convincing Palestinians and the international community that the problems are caused by Muslims rather than the Occupation."
• "Demand that churches take bold and courageous positions for justice against injustice. We are appalled at the spiritual and institutional cowardice that refuses to take an unequivocal stand for justice. Equally, victims and perpetrators cannot be put on equal footing in efforts to create illusions of balance."  (Daphne Anson's Blog).
Well...the innocent Muslims: Like the ones committing genocide in Darfur? How about the 2million
Christian Armenians murdered by Islam between 1915-18? You so called Christians that support and
publish this travesty of non truth, have not a shred of understanding of the historical facts. Instead, you
prefer to suckle at the unholy breast of Islamist disinformation and fiction.
You have chosen to align yourselves with the forces of darkness: and in the fullness of time, you all
will be the recipients, along with all allies of the great deceiver, that portion which has been
promised and allotted.

Note: Please keep abreast of the Islamo Fascists whatever the topic of this blog. You can check out all or any of these important web sites below: Front Page, Anti-CAIR, Jihad Watch and Act for America which are mainly current news and articles, while the Myths of Islam is just that. Tell the Children is a fantastic reference site full of historical documentation. The latter shows (among other things), the links between the Nazis and Islam; these connections carry through to the Jihadist movements of today.

Butterfly Net Needed In The Oval Office!

Obama Says: "I'm the 4th best President...EVER!

Who loves ya, baby!
A clip from 60 Minutes left on the cutting room floor should have been highlighted when he declared he was the 4th best president in history! When asked about his Administration’s work so far, he said they've done more than any administration with the 'possible exception' of FDR, Johnson & Lincoln!
You see what happens when you give the Nobel Peace Prize to someone who was only in office for two minutes (which makes that particular gong as worthless as a Herman Cain denial).
Yeah...let's give Mr Misplaced Ego four more years!

The First Bergen-Belsen?

"As we entered the place, a spectacle met our eyes that almost froze our blood with horror, and made our hearts fail within us. Before us were forms that had once been active and erect;—stalwart men, now nothing but mere walking skeletons, covered with filth and vermin. Many of our men, in the heat and intensity of their feeling, exclaimed with earnestness. "Can this be hell?" "God protect us!" and all thought that He alone could bring them out alive from so terrible a place. In the center of the whole was a swamp, occupying about three or four acres of the narrowed limits, and a part of this marshy place had been used by the prisoners as a sink, and excrement covered the ground, the scent arising from which was suffocating.

A Union Solder Who
Survived.
The ground allotted to our ninety was near the edge of this plague-spot, and how we were to live through the warm summer weather in the midst of such fearful surroundings, was more than we cared to think of just then.""
Opened in February, 1864.
During the war, 45,000 prisoners were received at Andersonville prison, and of these 12,913 died. The nature of the deaths and the reasons for them are a continuing source of controversy among historians. Some contend that they were a result of deliberate Confederate war crimes toward Union prisoners and others that they were the result of disease promoted by severe overcrowding, the shortage of food in the Confederate States, the incompetence of the prison officials and the refusal of the Confederate authorities to parole black soldiers, which resulted in the imprisonment of soldiers from both sides, thus overfilling the stockade.

Kubrick Before "2001"

Long before his classic "2001: A Space Odyssey" Stanley Kubrick wandered with his camera around 1940's New York City and Coney Island...
